재료를 모두 넣고 저속으로 섞어 파우더를 충분히 풀어주세요. 음료 위에 부드럽게 얹히는 걸쭉하면서도 흐르는 농도까지 휘핑해주세요. 단단한 휘핑크림처럼 과하게 휘핑하지 마세요.

Make a Caramel Latte with Cheese Foam

Cheese Foam Batch

• 500g cold heavy cream

• 150g Royal Cheese Powder

• 50g sugar syrup

Combine the ingredients and mix on low speed until the powder is fully incorporated. Whip until thick but still pourable, so the foam rests gently on top of the drink. Avoid whipping to stiff peaks.

For One Drink

• 25g Caramel Syrup

• 180g milk

• 180g ice

• 50g prepared cheese foam

• Approximately 5g caramel sauce for garnish

• Approximately 3g crushed cookies for garnish

1. Stir the caramel syrup and milk together until evenly mixed.

2. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the caramel milk.

3. Gently spoon 50g of cheese foam over the drink.

4. Finish with a thin drizzle of caramel sauce and add the cookie crumbs just before serving.

Serve so customers can sip the cheese foam and caramel milk together. Adjust sweetness and topping amounts to suit your menu.

Keep prepared cheese foam refrigerated and follow your café’s food safety procedures. Heavy cream, sugar syrup, milk, ice, caramel sauce, and cookies are not included. Check the garnish ingredients for additional allergens.
