• 우유 90g

• 휘핑크림 30g

Make a Moondrop Vin Chaud with Cream Cheese Foam

Cheese Cream Batch

• 30g Cream Cheese Foam Powder

• 90g milk

• 30g heavy cream

Combine the ingredients and whip until smooth and creamy. The finished cheese cream should be thick enough to rest gently on top of the drink while remaining soft enough to blend naturally with each sip.

Use 30–40g of prepared cheese cream per drink.

For One Drink

• 50–60g Moondrop Vin Chaud Base

• 180–200g hot water

• 30–40g prepared cheese cream

• Orange slice or cinnamon for garnish

1. Add 50–60g of Moondrop Vin Chaud Base to the cup.

2. Add 180–200g of hot water and stir well.

3. Gently spoon 30–40g of prepared cheese cream over the drink.

4. Finish with an orange slice or cinnamon.

Sip the warm vin chaud together with the cheese cream for a smooth balance of fruit, warm spice, and creamy cheese flavor.

Adjust the amount of Moondrop Base and cheese cream to suit your café menu.

Keep prepared cheese cream refrigerated and follow your café’s food safety procedures. Milk, heavy cream, orange, cinnamon, and other garnishes are not included.
