The product is intended to be mixed with all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Prepare an Ingredient Storage Bin along with the flour, cornstarch, and Breading Mix. In the storage bin, combine 25 lbs 10 oz of all-purpose flour with 14 lbs 6 oz of cornstarch. Mix thoroughly. Add 5 lbs of Breading Mix and mix until evenly combined. This will yield a total of 45 lbs of Korean-style fried chicken breading powder. Close the lid of the storage bin and store it in a cool, shaded area.

How to use the batter mix to deep Korean Fried chicken wings.
Add 7 oz of water to the 5.5 oz batter mix powder and mix well using a whisk. Add 8 pieces of jumbo party wing and mix well to coat all sides of the wings. Deep fry well at 350°F until golden brown. After frying, dry the oil evenly under the warmer so that it absorbs well and maintains temperature.
